A Fight for Justice

A Fight for Justice is a blog that provides you with more than a forum to share your experiences, but also a venue to seek and find assistance for your plight for justice, equality, and fairness in all matters of discrimination and injustices.


I know first hand what is feels like to take on the powers that be after experiences with both discrimination and unjust treatment. For whatever the causes of injustices the outcome is far too often that many persons like yourself go unheard and silenced by bureaucracy or circumstance beyond your control such as lack of finances or legal representation.

As a civil and human rights defender, I also had to make a decision to stand firmly for my beliefs and rights against the powers that be and know personally the isolation one feels when you find yourself up against it all with no where or no one to turn to.

It is for that reason that can now provide my assistance to those who exhibit in both merit and legal documentation of your plight for justice and fair treatment in matters of discrimination and human or civil rights violations.

I am a firm believer in justice for all. I see there to be no reason why the challenge of financial means or the lack of a voice heard loudly enough ultimately should silence anyone who has suffered at the hands of injustice. Nor stand in the way of justice and fairness for all who fall victim to violation of their human or civil rights and suffer the viciousness of discrimination of any kind without recourse.

As your civil and human rights defender, I am prepared to fight your corner, stand by your plight for justice until the end as well as explore all avenues of legal proceedings in order that your cause or plight for justice is given the best opportunity for a fair and satisfactory outcome.


I will tirelessly campaign for your plight to be brought to the attention of both media and public awareness outlets. In cases where your merits warrant court proceedings, I will personally assist you with the filing of all legal court documents and even when possible attend court proceedings with you.

When there is not the opportunity for you to obtain legal representation, I will prepare to stand before the court and present your case to the court as careful prepared prior to. While I am not a lawyer, I do have extensive legal knowledge and therefore will not hesitate to defend your cause both in and out of court proceeding as required.
